A delicious appie

Unfourtunately, I can't take credit for this delicious creation. A friend of Tom's mom brought this over for us to nibble on before Easter dinner and it was just so darn good I couldn't help but take a pic and share the recipe.

I'm going to call it Mediterranean Baked Brie...

Take one large round of brie cheese and place it in the middle of an oven safe plate or dish. In this order, top with arugula, fresh basil, chopped tomatoes, toasted pine nuts and capers.

Bake at 350 about 10-15 mins just until Brie is soft and toppings have warmed.

Serve with your favourite crackers.

We all decided you could easily just share this with your honey over a bottle of wine as a late summer supper.
