| Place on cutting board and with a sharp knife, cut through thickest part about an inch from the stem. |

| Grasp the cob on the cut end and shake. The husk will fall off. |

Tweedle Tip: Check corn for freshness by peeling back the husk just a fraction, and sticking your fingernail into one kernel. If the kernel yields a milky fluid, that means the corn is fresh.
