Here's the recipe!
4 lbs of potatoes cut into wedges
1 cup of water
1/2 cup lemon juice (fresh or not)
1/3 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 T salt
2 T oregano
1 T pepper
Place cut potatoes into a large baking dish. Pour remaining ingredients over the potatoes and mix it all together so the potatoes are evenly coated.
Bake at 325 for 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
