The house is a bustle with activity and guests arriving and presents being wrapped and plans being made for tomorrow. My family's tradition on Christmas Eve is to go for a soak at Radium Hot Springs- a natural hot spring pool near our town. It is such a nice thing to do- we sit in the steaming hot water with snow all around us and the starry sky above us. We are all sleepy and relaxed by the time we get home, just in time to put the cookies out for Santa and tuck in for a long winter's nap!
However, it's not quite time for that yet! We are busily eating our way through the treats around this place and here's one of them!
You may have seen this little treat circulating on Pinterest. I have made these a few times now and they are the perfect little treat to pop in your mouth on your way through the kitchen!
Start with a tray full of pretzels.
Top each one with a Hershey's Kiss and pop them in the oven at 350 for about 7 minutes- until the chocolate is soft, but not melted entirely.
While the kisses are hot, squish a little something on top- I have done almonds, more pretzel pieces and this time, red and green m&ms.
Let them cool for about 2 hours and leave the chocolate to set up again.
