I jumped the gun on the Christmas morning breakfast this past weekend and whipped up these tasty little things on Saturday morning. I woke up thinking, mmmm cinnamon buns..... and did a quick search for a no rise recipe (because I couldn't wait!) I found this recipe in a hurry, tried them, and they were a big hit. They took me a total of about 20 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to bake! YUM!

Tweedle Tip: This recipe calls for cottage cheese which I didn't have at the time. I used sour cream but you could also use ricotta cheese or yogurt too if you prefer.
