Romaine Salad with Oranges

I love this salad. It's so fresh and fruity! 

Here's how to make it:

Chop up some Romaine lettuce, about 1/2 a cucumber, a few slivers of red onion and peel and section off an orange and throw them in. In this picture, I used fresh mandarin orange, but you could also use naval oranges and cut each section in halves or thirds. Don't use canned oranges, though. They've gotta be juicy and fresh!

For the dressing combine 4 Tbsp of white vinegar, 4 tbsp of olive oil, 4 Tbsp of sugar, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of dry mustard and 1 Tbsp of water. Mix it all up and pour as much as you like on the salad. You will probably have some leftover.

I also usually add feta cheese to this for a salty bite, but I didn't have any this time.
