Salted Caramel and Chocolate Tart

This quite possibly could be one of the most decadent desserts I have ever had. If you have a sweet tooth like me, YUM. I made this for dinner with my family on the weekend and several of the guests could not finish as it was "so rich". In my books, there is no such thing as "so rich". I scoff at people in disbelief when they say that!

This recipe is from the February 2014 issue of Chatelaine magazine and it can be found online HERE. It is very easy to make as all you have to bake is the crust. The caramel layer is simple- water, sugar and cream boiled on the stove and the chocolate is a simple ganache layer. If you want to impress a bunch of sweet tooths, make this!
